Justin has over 20 years’ property experience, and specialises in rent reviews and lease renewals nationwide, including preparation of expert witness reports. He has worked closely with a wide mix of clients, both landlords and tenants, advising on high street, shopping centre and out of town retail, restaurant and leisure properties. He enjoys a long-term working relationship with a number of clients, with a thorough, no-nonsense and pro-active approach to get the best out of their property. Justin is married with three children. He likes running, sailing and football, and follows Arsenal, although he doesn’t always find this activity particularly enjoyable or relaxing.
